Refunds or replacements for Goods

Refund or replacement requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

• Goods are broken, or
• Goods do not match the description; or
• Goods have been confirmed lost in the mail, as explained in our shipping & Payment Info

Refunds do not apply to the following reasons:

• The order is returned if the end user fails the age verification check at delivery or collection, or
• The order is returned due to not being able to deliver or not being collected.
• No evidence has been supplied to show the damaged goods.

The evidence needed to request a refund or replacement of damaged goods is as follows:

• Photos showing the damaged item or items.
• Photos showing the packaging.

Returns

Returns can be made by mail.

To return goods by mail, follow the following procedure:

• Pack your order, pay the necessary postage using your chosen service, and follow their instructions.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.

These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
